I did okay with my last few days of detox and I am feeling good.  Along with feeling good there was the extra bonus of having lost a couple of pounds though that was not my objective.  I don’t have any cravings for the foods I took out of my diet and the phlem in my throat (which I called old lady throat) has diminished significantly.  Today I am noticing I don’t have heartburn, which I have suffered with quite often… that I was doing the squats with less difficulty and then a light bulb when on….my knees, hip and shoulders did not hurt as before the detox… I am happy with the results of the past 10 days and intend on nurturing a “like” affair with salads and veggies, trying more of the detox recipes which were filling and satisfying.”
