Easy Breakfast Wraps 3 ways

Breakfast is one of those meals that tends to be rushed or forgotten all together. You’re trying to get to work, running late for your workout class or rushing to rangel the kids. Having an easy and quick go to option can keep you on track with your nutrition and on schedule. These quick breakfast wraps will banish hanger and have you out the door in under 10 minutes. Win Win.

I’ve got a version for everyone – – PB & J, the nutty apple and granola parfait. Choose one or make them all, there’s no sacrificing time for taste (or vice versa) with these breakfast wraps. Quick and delicious is the the name of the game.

3 easy and delicious breakfast wrap ideas
Ingredients
  • PB&J
  • 1 Tbsp peanut or cashew butter
  • 1 Tbsp raspberry jam
  • 1/2 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • The Nutty Apple
  • 1/2 granny smith apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Granola Parfait
  • 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt (or Skyr Icelandic)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Granola
  • 1/2 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut
  • fresh raspberries
  • 3 Flour wraps/tortillas
Instructions
PB& J
  1. Spread about nut butter in a line down the centre of the wrap. Spread jam beside the nut butter and sprinkle on the coconut. Roll the wrap into a log shape and enjoy.
The Nutty Apple
  1. Spread cashew butter down the centre of the wrap. Layer apple slices and sprinkle with hemp seeds and cinnamon. Roll into a log and enjoy.
Granola Parfait
  1. Spread wrap with yogurt and jam. Sprinkle on the granola and coconut flakes, then add a row of raspberries. Roll into a log and enjoy.
