I love a good ranch dip but can’t always tolerate the dairy. Most dips are made with sour cream or buttermilk and can cause some digestive upset for those that don’t tolerate dairy very well. I have the solution. Delicious and easy dairy-free ranch dip. All the classic flavours with out the dairy bloat.
Classic ranch dip flavours without the traditional dairy
- 1 cup coconut yogurt (any non-dairy yogurt, greek yogurt or sour cream if using diary)
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 Tbsp chives, diced
- 3 tsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp parley flakes
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
- Enjoy with your favourite veggies or thinned out as a salad dressing.
