Smoothies are one of my go to meals when I need a quick energy boost, have a busy morning, or just feel like I need to reset my nutrition for the day.

I wanted to share one of my favourite smoothie recipes and ways to add greens to my diet. Why? Because it tastes delicious, is super easy to make, and gives me so much energy. - 2 cups liquid (I like coconut water)
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder
- handful ice
- Add everything to a high powered blender and whiz up until creamy.
- Enjoy!
