It’s Christmas Eve!!! Still looking for a last minute dessert idea? I have just the recipe. It’s super simple, takes 5 minutes to make and tastes delicious!
Chocolate Candy Cane Mousse Parfait
- 1 ripe avocado
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp coco powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp dairy free milk
- coconut whip (can use store bought or make your own)
- crushed candy canes
- In a food processor pulse all the ingredients except the coconut whip and candy canes until creamy and smooth.
- Make layers with the chocolate mousse and coconut whip in individual glasses and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
