5 Minute Vegan Chocolate Mousse


It’s Christmas Eve!!! Still looking for a last minute dessert idea? I have just the recipe. It’s super simple, takes 5 minutes to make and tastes delicious!






Chocolate Candy Cane Mousse Parfait
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp coco powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp dairy free milk
  • coconut whip (can use store bought or make your own)
  • crushed candy canes
  1. In a food processor pulse all the ingredients except the coconut whip and candy canes until creamy and smooth.
  2. Make layers with the chocolate mousse and coconut whip in individual glasses and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
  3. Enjoy!
*this recipe makes 2 larger servings or 4 mini servings.
