- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
