Flat bread is the start to many delicious snacks, appetizers and main meals. Top it with mashed avocado and chill flakes or your favourite pizza ingredients for a light lunch or dinner. How about pesto, asiago cheese and chopped sun dried tomatoes or homemade bruschetta for a party pleasing appetizer? - 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup hemp hearts
- 2 Tbsp ground flax meal
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- pinch of garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and stir until well combined and a slightly sticky dough forms.
- Roll or spread the dough into a 1/4 inch thin rectangle on a parchment lined baking sheet. The thiner you roll it the crispier the flat bread, but adjust the cooking time.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until lightly golden and slightly crispy.
