Hibiscus Orange Sparkling Iced Tea

Tea is normally top of mind in the winter months but can loose steam when the summer months and warm weather arrive. This doesn’t have to be the case. Tea offers a broad range of health benefits that should be enjoyed all year around.

One of the best summer drinks is iced tea! Am I right? Many people enjoy the classic black tea iced tea, but why not switch things up a little and turn your favourite herbal or fruity tea into an iced variety.

This delicious fruity iced tea uses Breathe + C, an allergy supporting herbal tea from The Spiced Leaf. This tea is perfect for the summer months and the rise in seasonal allergies. The nettle and hibiscus provide vitamin c and support our immune and allergy response. Not only is this iced tea sweet, tangy and delicious but it’s loaded with vitamins and minerals to help keep your allergies at bay.

Why not try making iced tea with other varieties of herbal tea. The Spiced Leaf has a variety of loose leaf blends to help keep you hydrated while boosting your health and wellness. You can find their herbal blends online at thespicedleaf.com or visit the nutritionist tea grannies in person at one of their many upcoming markets.

Ps. I’m one of those above mentioned nutritionist tea grannies 😋
