Anti-inflammatory Golden Milk

Anti-inflammatory Golden Milk

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
Instructions
  1. In a medium sauce pot over low heat combine all ingredients.
  2. Whisk continuously until everything emulsifies and the milk starts to steam.
  3. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy.
