Today I did something I have been wanting to do for a while now… I uploaded a recipe video!
I was really scared and a little nervous to create and post this video (it is a very vulnerable experience), but holding yourself back from your dreams is not fair. It is good to do things that push you outside your comfort zone. I encourage you to do something that scares you … After you watch my video on how to make vanilla almond milk of course.
Almond milk is loaded with calcium, protein and vitamin E and is easier to digest than pasteurized cows milk. It is a great alternative to cows milk and can be substituted in recipes. It’s delicious!
